    Shipping Policy

    Shipping Overview

    We currently ship within Canada only. All orders are shipped from British Columbia, Canada. We use Canada Post and UPS to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

    Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Custom-built screens may require additional processing time depending on complexity.

    Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or remote locations.

    Carriers

    We ship via Canada Post and UPS. The carrier is selected based on package size, destination, and delivery speed. We may use either carrier depending on the most efficient option for your order.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also view your order status by signing into your account on our website.

    PO Boxes

    We can ship to PO Boxes via Canada Post. However, some larger packages (door screen kits, bulk orders) may not be eligible for PO Box delivery due to size restrictions. If your package cannot be delivered to a PO Box, we will contact you to arrange alternative delivery.

    Damaged in Transit

    If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@canadianscreendepot.ca with:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged packaging and items
    • Description of the damage

    We will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement to you at no cost. Please do not discard the damaged packaging until the claim is resolved.

    International Shipping

    We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of Canada, please contact us to discuss options.
